Before starting, please ensure you have all relevant details to hand (full legal name address of appointer / instructing party, details of the relevant agreements, invoicing details).
You can go back to edit stages in the appointment process by either clicking on the “previous” tab or by clicking on the relevant stage which appears on the right hand side of the screen
At the end of the appointment process you will be provided with a confirmation of appointment letter based on our standard form.
Please note: if you require a different form of confirmation of appointment letter you will not be able to use our online service and instead you should contact us by phone or email so we can see whether we can accommodate your requirements.
You may add additional appointers (up to 10) if there are multiple companies involved in the transaction PROVIDED that it is for the SAME transaction and all the contact and invoicing details are the same as for the original appointer.
If any of the contact details for serving documents change please remember to inform us.
Please note that there is no need to appoint a UK process agent if you are a company established or incorporated in the UK.
